Hi. How are you doing?.
Here starts this blog, regarding anything related not only to hybrid, electric and alternative fuel vehicles but also technological improvements applied to cars. Now and then I’ll write whatever comes to my mind, just because this is my blog. Anyway, you’re all welcome to participate, to comment, to criticize, to disagree, to share and (even) to troll, as long as a constructive and relaxed environment is kept. Blog is available in English and Spanish. English is not my first language, so I apologize in advance because probably there will be mistakes, even considering that I’ll try my best. Navigation through languages and different sections can be done by clicking on buttons above.
How is this blog laid out?. There is a main page with latest posts and 5 sections:
- Desk: Basic concepts of physics, electricity, electromagnetism, chemistry… Anything that helps to a better understanding of complex ideas and gives an outlook of this mix of laptop, washing machine and conventional car. This will probably be a thankless section for the reader the most arduous in the blog. I’ll try not to get an excessive depth and be always in contact with reality. I think that, on the medium and long term, it’ll be enriching.
- Technology: This section will bring innovations on new vehicles. All related subjects with interest will be discussed, from combustion engine and electric motor integration in an hybrid configuration to the ultimate geek aftermarket dashboard device.
- Vehicles: All interesting models will be introduced here, from those early proposals at the turn of the century to the latest concept, including current options. I’ll try to get objective and independent data to compare characteristics, but my opinion will also be on this posts.
- Priusland: Captain of geek cars (gay halo included), is one of most important last decade moving forward. An engineering marvel that writes “efficiency” word with capital letters for some people and a symbol of arrogance, pedantry and disdain to any way of sporty touch for others. As a cheerful owner of this device and acting as Dr. Jekyll, Prius ideas and its meaning to automobile world will be exposed here.
- Hodgepodge: Blog has technology and efficiency as substratum, but this section will receive all the stuff that doesn’t fit in others. That’s the reason why Mr. Hyde will come out from time to time with a V8 whose sound will make the hippiest driver forget even last daisy in the world. Because this blog isn’t radical.
These are, in general terms, the objectives for this blog. I hope it turns out useful, relaxed and fun. I’ll try my best and I hope to generate updates, at least, every 2 weeks.
Meanwhile, I share with you a group of sites that are currently useful, relaxed and fun. A lot of subjects with base or ideas in these sites will be exposed on this blog. I recommend you to take a look on those now and then.
